You should ideally have your venue, dress and save the dates sent at this point and we step in to assist you with all the outstanding vendors and overall budget and event management.

As your Partial Planner, we provide professional advice, checklists, and resources based on our professional experience and your personal timeline. We set up an online file on Aisle Planner – a program which we customize for you and has all your wedding contracts, guest lists, checklists and so forth that gives you the tools to help successfully plan the wedding of your dreams.

Based on your wedding vision, preferences, and budget, we’ll send you personalized vendor recommendations so that you can hire a team of wedding professionals you trust to execute your vision. As a Crown Weddings client, you receive access to our extensive network of trusted partners in the wedding industry, including photographers, florists, musicians, officiants, and more.

After initial designs and décor proposals have been completed we will set up a full floral mock up with linen options/ chair options and table top alongside your florist approximately 3-4  months before the wedding day. 

Coverage on the day includes a lead planner for 10-12 hours as well as a Bridal assistant to take care of all your needs and a set up supervisor and assistant to ensure all the design elements and details are set up for you.

Associate planners begin at $6950-$8500 for this package.

Allie Applegate - Lead Planner

Allie joined our team several years ago as one of our bridal assistants and set up supervisors. She has worked on many of our events over the years and over four years ago began to manage weddings as one of our lead planners.  
Allie has been in hospitality for over 12 years and fell in love with the excitement, romance, creativity and uniqueness of the wedding industry. She is design oriented and has recently established her own art studio designing logos and wedding invites and paper goods.
